At AIPCTSHOP, we are fully committed to your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, fails to arrive, or is only partially received, we will promptly arrange a replacement package.
Shipping Times
- Average delivery time by Express Mail is 15–22 days from the date of dispatch.
- In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days due to postal disruptions, weather, natural disasters, or clearance delays.
- Global tariff changes and customs inspections may also extend handling times.
Transshipment Delays
Some destinations require routing through third-country transshipment hubs. This may increase delivery time, but we actively track shipments and coordinate with couriers to ensure successful delivery.
Undelivered or Returned Packages
- If your package does not arrive, or you receive a notice of delay/hold/return, contact us immediately at
orders@aipctshop.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue. - If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping details (wrong address, postal code, recipient unavailable, etc.), the free reship guarantee does not apply. Reshipment can be arranged once postage is covered.
- If a return occurs due to carrier error or reasons outside your control, we will reship at no additional charge.
Reshipping Policy
- Reships are sent to the original shipping address provided at checkout.
- Shipping to an alternate address may be possible if the customer covers the postage fees.
