Cancellation / Substitution Policy

At AIPCTSHOP.com, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. While our team makes every effort to process and deliver all orders exactly as placed, there may be situations where either the customer or our pharmacy must cancel an order.

To provide clarity and transparency, our Cancellation Policy is outlined below:

1. Partial Fulfillment / Limitation of Quantity

If we are unable to fulfill an order in full due to limited stock and no suitable alternate brand is available, we will contact the customer to arrange one of the following solutions:

  • Ship the available items and issue a credit or refund for the unavailable product(s).
  • Substitute with another agreed-upon product.
  • Cancel the entire order and issue a full refund.

2. Unavailability of Stock

If the requested brand or product is out of stock, we reserve the right to supply an alternate brand of the same active ingredient and dosage.

  • If no alternate is available, we will contact the customer to determine the best resolution: refund, credit, substitution, or full cancellation.

3. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order has been shipped for a full refund.
  • Once the order has been packed and handed over to the courier/shipping partner, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Non-Payment

Orders that remain unpaid will be automatically cancelled.

5. Our Commitment

We strive to deliver all orders promptly and reliably. However, circumstances may arise beyond our control. Our policy is designed to be fair and flexible, ensuring that every customer receives a resolution that maintains trust in our service.

6. Substitution Policy

By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • If the originally ordered product is unavailable at the time of fulfillment, or is expected to remain unavailable for more than two weeks, we reserve the right to substitute the order with a product of similar type, composition, and therapeutic effect.
  • Substituted products will always match the intended purpose and dosage strength of the original item as closely as possible.
  • If no suitable substitution exists, we will contact the customer to discuss alternatives including partial shipment, store credit, or refund.
